Start your Whit Monday (Pfingstmontag) with a nourishing mini-retreat designed to help you slow down, reconnect, and recharge.
Join us for a mindful morning at Yoga Anker West with a grounding yoga practice, conscious breath, deep relaxation, and soothing sound healing — followed by a light picnic-style brunch shared in community.
We’ll begin with a gentle yet energising yoga flow to awaken body and mind, combined with meditation and mindful breathing to create space and inner calm. Afterwards, you’ll be invited to fully relax during a restorative crystal bowl sound bath designed to soothe the nervous system and restore balance.
To close the morning, we’ll enjoy a light brunch together in a cosy and relaxed picknick-style setting.
This Morning Retreat is an invitation to pause, nourish yourself, and start the week with more presence, balance, and connection.
