Imagine starting your morning with sun, yoga and a dive in the lake ... Doesn't that sound like the eagerly awaited inspiration for the perfect start into the day? That's exactly what we offer! With a dynamic yoga flow, good music and cool people, we give you twice a week the perfect energy kick. All summer long, always on Tuesday and Friday mornings plus selected Sundays.

YOGA IN THE RING
Rockand Flow welcomes you to one of the most beautiful spots on the Zurich lake shore; Strandbad Tiefenbrunnen. The Badi opens its doors exclusively for us between 7.00 a.m. and 8.40 a.m.
​
The Yoga Flow lasts about an hour: Doors open
7:00 a.m., the lesson starts at 7:15 a.m. and ends at 8:15 a.m. accordingly. This is how you start on Tuesdays and Fridays and on selected Sundays with a positive highlight: You exercised outside, met cool people, got some fresh air and recharged your batteries with positive energy. The number of places is limited. Therefore, make sure that you reserve your place for the desired class
via the booking link.

WHAT TO BRING
Own yoga mat (if you don't have one, Sarah will be happy
to help you!)
Sports outfit adapted to the weather - it can be chilly in the mornings!

before the morning class. Please check your emails in time. -
