The magic of Yoga becomes apparent when you realize it has moved out from the yoga studio to touch and enrich the whole of your life. With my classes and teachings I aim to help you to deepen the relationship to yourself and the world around you. I want to support you to find a bit more balance in life and live a healthy, joyful and happy life.
YOGA GROUP CLASSES
I offer classes from classical mat-based yoga styles such as dynamic Vinyasa flows, over balancing Yin & Yang Yoga, to calming Yin Yoga. In my classes you benefit from a strong dynamic practice to shape your body to a relaxed, calming style to wind down and just let go. It is with love and passion that I pass on my knowledge about yoga and mental health to support you and to help you find more balance in your life.
I offer classes under my own label Yoga & Trapeze Zurich in Zürich and Wädenswil and I teach at Planet Yoga and Yogastudio Anker.

Due to the current Corona situation you maybe working from home or your work on site is all the more demanding. In both cases it is important to start the day with fresh energy or to give yourself the necessary break in between.

MORNING YOGA FLOW
Start the day with a powerful yoga flow. With pranayama and meditation we arrive on the mat, mobilize our joints, warm up the body and flow powerfully into the day with dynamic asanas.
Vinyasa Yoga Flow is the synthesis of breath and movement. A dynamic yoga style, where your body flows from asana to asana. Vinyasa Yoga strengthens the muscles and promotes endurance, balance and flexibility. The Yoga Flow becomes a meditation in motion, in which body and mind are in harmony.
Take a break at lunch time and join this recharging lunch flow. It will help you to clear your mind and cultivate energy for the afternoon.
Yin Yoga is a slow, meditative, yoga practice, that gently stretches the deeper muscles, joints and fascia in your body and helps quieten the mind. By switching on the parasympathetic nervous system, this practice helps reverse the effects of stress and cultivates a sense of equanimity and relaxation.
