Sarah and Alex have designed this program to cleanse your body and to create fresh energy for a rejuvenated new start. Not only it has a detoxing effect but also offers a great kick-start to build up or enhance your yoga practice and to improve your eating habits for more wellbeing in your life.

ONLINE YOGA with Sarah
4x days Morning Yoga Flow from 6.45-7.45am on Monday,
Tuesday, Thursday and Friday
1x Lunch Flow Class on Wednesday from 12.15-1.15pm
2x 75min. Evening Yin Yoga classes on Tuesday and Friday
from 8.15-9.30pm to relax and improve your sleep

5 days of healthy and highly nutritious meals delivered daily to your home.
Every day – from Monday to Friday – you get your package delivered by bike with all your freshly prepared and seasonal meals. The delivery to your home or office is included in Zurich City. For deliveries in the canton of Zurich, a supplement of up to CHF 50 to be expected.

CLEAN EATING MEAL PLANS
The clean eating meal plan is a complete clean eating experiences with ready-to-eat meals for one week. Every day you get your package with all your freshly prepared and seasonal meals.
The classic package includes a nutritious breakfast, an immune booster shot, a whole food lunch, a power treat and a cleansing dinner.
On request you can add an additional daily protein shake, especially if you are physically very active. The meal plan is very flexible to meet individual needs. This means, for people who wish to eat out or who prefer to cook at home in the evening or prefer no breakfast, the meal plan can be individually adjusted.
Generally, no need to plan, shop or cook anything during this week. Instead, receive a daily package with all your nourishing and balanced meals.

Sarah has over 650 hours of yoga teacher training – including 50 hours in Yoga Trapeze – from various instructors around the world. Her strong belief in the transformative power of yoga, for the mind and the body, is at the core of each practice.
Sarah runs yoga classes 10-12 times a week and offers also one-to-one sessions. You can find her current timetables here.

Alex is a trained plant-based chef specialising in raw foods. She studied culinary arts at Plantlab in Los Angeles from where she brings creative and exciting new recipes.
She launched in June 2018 two complete clean eating experiences, LEAN & STRONG, where every day for 5 days, you receive freshly prepared and ready meals at home. Her intention in creating these packages was to showcase the incredible power that eating whole and plant-based food can have on your body and mind.
